This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The ceiling was covered in mould. The bathroom was revolting. The WiFi was not great and the noise was insane. I tried to confirm all of these issues prior to check in and i was reassured it was an exaggeration. It wasn’t. I had to leave and was promised a refund I have never received. I have had to report this to workplace health and safety and the office of fair trading. By far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. If I could give negative stars it would be more aligned to the experience I have encountered at this motel.

Staying at Riverfront Motel was great I loved it there for the night with my friend as he loved it too great view location and room hopefully I'll have to come back go Riverfront Motel again and thank you for having us.
